Creator Services offers both sequential numbering to ease the entry procedure at your venue and a CSV upload option for custom seating and numbering for your tickets.

Sequential numbers
If you are concerned about congestion at the entrance to your event, you can assign sequential numbers to each ticket and admit participants into the venue by the number assigned to their ticket.
1. Navigate to the "reservation numbers" tab in your ticket.
2. In the "reservation numbers" tab, click the "enable reservation numbers" button.
3. Select "sequential numbers" as your method and click the apply button to distribute numbers to each ticket purchased, starting from 1.
Custom seating and numbering by CSV
If you plan to assign seats or specific numbers to your fans, you can upload a CSV file with the available seat numbers.
Creating your CSV file
In a spreadsheet editor such as Microsoft Office Excel or Google Sheets create a file with the following structure:
- Column A: Block name, row label, or type (this will display before the number)
- Column B: Starting number (the first number in the number range)
- Column C: Ending number (the last number in the number range)
Different rows in the CSV are considered separate blocks, and consecutive numbering won't span multiple blocks. Numbers assigned to tickets purchased together on a single transaction won't typically be distributed across different blocks, except when there are only a few tickets left in stock.
Only include the block name and numbers in the CSV file. Do not enter any other information, such as column titles.
Example
You can download the example CSV file here.
Important note ①
Since there is an aisle between seats 4 and 5 in Premium Row A, if you want to ensure that accompanying guests are not separated, please enter them in two separate rows in the CSV.
If all numbers for Premium Row A are in the same row, there is a possibility that customers who purchase multiple tickets will be assigned seats that include the consecutive numbers 4 and 5, which could result in accompanying guests being separated by an aisle.
Important note ②
If you enter two rows of assigned numbers as a single line in the CSV, there is a possibility that customers who purchase multiple tickets together might be assigned numbers that are in separate rows, such as 8 and 9 in the example below.
Uploading your CSV file

If you would like to add more inventory to a ticket using custom seat numbers, please ensure that you add more seat numbers before increasing the ticket inventory.
Errors you may encounter and how to fix them
If the following issues occur with your uploaded CSV file, you cannot apply the numbers to your tickets.
An error message will be displayed. Please confirm the error message, make any required adjustments to your file, and try to upload the file again.
・The starting number is larger than the ending number in a single row
・The same numbers occur in the same block
Number assignment to tickets
Timing
By default, numbers will become visible to ticket holders 8 hours before the start of your event.
Tickets purchased after the number assignment begins will display numbers within a few minutes of purchase.
Order of assignment
Sequential and custom seat numbers are assigned automatically in order of ticket purchase.
For custom numbers uploaded by CSV, the system will keep guests from the same ticket transaction together as much as possible based on the individual rows defined in the uploaded CSV file. In some cases, guests who purchase tickets together may be assigned seats that are not consecutive.
Checking the assignment
Each ticket's assigned number will be visible on the participant list next to the guest's name a few minutes after each ticket is purchased once the ticket has been on sale for at least one hour.
Important notes
Numbers cannot be removed from a ticket after they have been applied from the Creator Services admin system.
Please contact us if you require changes to numbers already applied to tickets or the removal of numbers. Please note that it may take up to 3 business days for your request to be processed.
