How to Manage Administrators in Zaiko Creator Services

This guide will walk you through adding new administrators, removing current ones, and transferring ownership of the account.

Understanding Admin Statuses

  • Owner: The primary account holder with full permissions. Owners can do the following actions that administrators can not:
    • Add New Administrators
    • Remove Administrators
    • Transfer ownership of the profile to another Administrator
  • Administrator: Users with administrative permissions but without ownership privileges. They can manage every aspect of your Creator Services profile - except adding administrators, removing administrators and exchanging ownership.

Accessing the Administrator Management Tool

  1. Log In to Your Account: Start by logging in to your Zaiko Creator Services account.
  2. Navigate to Settings: On the left-hand menu, click on Settings.
  3. Select Administrators: Within the Settings menu, select Administrators. This will open the Administrator Management page.

Adding a New Administrator


  1. "Click on "Add New Administrator": On the right side of the Administrator list, click the Add New Administrator button.
  2. Enter Email Address: A modal will appear prompting you to enter the email address of the new administrator.
    1. Ensure the email address is correctly formatted.
  3. Send Invitation: Click Confirm to send the invitation. The new administrator will receive an email with a link to join the profile.

Accepting an Administrator Invitation


  1. Click on the link in the invitation email.
  2. Log in with your Zaiko account credentials.
  3. You will be redirected to the Admin Dashboard and added to the Admin list.

Invitations expire after 30 days. Users will see a 404 error if they attempt to accept an expired or canceled invitation.

Removing an Administrator


  1. Locate the Admin: Find the admin you wish to remove in the Administrator list.
  2. Click "Remove": Click the Remove button next to their name.
  3. Confirm Removal: A confirmation modal will appear. Click Confirm to remove the admin from the list.


Transferring Ownership

  1. Locate the Admin: In the Administrator list, find the admin you wish to make the owner.
  2. Click "Make Owner": Click the Make Owner button next to their name.
  3. Confirm Transfer: A confirmation modal will appear. Click Confirm to transfer ownership.

This action is irreversible. The new owner can now manage admins, including adding or removing them.
