You can see who bought tickets for your event from the participants tab in the event admin panel.
You can see which of your fans are coming to your event from the participants tab on your event's admin page.
A list of your fans who have a ticket for your event and any of their accompanying guests is displayed on this page.
From here you can confirm the names of attendees and their accompanying guests if they've registered a name, which tickets were purchased, additional options added to the ticket purchase, as well the ticket code that also displays on the fan's ticket.
Filtering the list
You can combine the filters at the top of the list (1) to change the displayed list of ticket holders.
- Ticket name: select specific ticket types
- Purchaser name: search for purchasers and guests with specific text in their names
- Add-on: display only people who added additional options to their ticket purchase
- Ticket code: search by the code displayed on the attendee's ticket
Downloading the list of attendees
Click the "download CSV" (2) button in the upper right corner to download a full list of all ticket holders and their guests.
