Using Questionnaires on your event

Read this is if you want to get additional information from your customers when they purchase a ticket

What is a questionnaire?

Questionnaires are custom forms you can use to get additional information from your customers during the ticket purchase process. For example, multiple choice questions like "What food type would you like? A. Meat or B. Vegetarian" or open ended questions like "Do you have any dietary requirements?"

Some important things to know about how questionnaires work:

  • Questionnaires can be reused - Once you set it up, you can attach it to multiple events or tickets
  • Questionnaires work on both event and ticket level - You can decide to ask questions for all tickets on your event, or just specific tickets
  • Questionnaires can be required or optional - Each question you ask can be required or optional - but if your questions are required, your customers must answer them in order to purchase a ticket

You can find the answers both on your event page - as well as on the "Questionnaires" page. You may also download these answers in a CSV format.
